Lydell B. Banks

Lydell is a safety professional with over 15 years in the transportation industry. He is currently the Region Safety Director for First Student, Inc. supporting 13 states in the Southern United States. Lydell is an active member of the National Safety Council and currently serves as the Chairman of the Transportation Safety Division. As President of the MKOM, Lydell serves to lead the board of directors, implement the Captain's vision and the overall mission and direction of the organization. Lydell holds a Bachelor of Education degree and a Master of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
